This website serves as both a portfolio of artwork, design, and illustration work, and an online shop offering physical goods.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in CAD and payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders are processed once payment is received.
Shipping
Shop orders are shipped once or twice per week via letter mail. Delivery typically takes up to 3 weeks, but in some cases may take longer. Tracking is not provided, and delivery times are not guaranteed.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Lost or Delayed Mail
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the postal service.

All artwork, illustrations, designs, products, and website content are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Spencer Pidgeon / Pastime Studio, unless otherwise noted. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial or personal purposes without prior written permission.
Portfolio & Client Work
Work shown in the portfolio may include commissioned or collaborative projects and is displayed for promotional purposes only. Usage rights vary by project and remain with the original client where applicable.
Product Variations
Printed products may vary slightly in color or appearance due to screen settings and production processes.
